Margaret Roth, Danielle Donnelly, and Jared Scholato will represent Cocoa Beach High at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair to be held in Albuquerque, New Mexico during May 13-19, 2007.
“The Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (Intel ISEF) is the world’s largest pre-college celebration of science. Held annually in May, the Intel ISEF brings together nearly 1,500 students from more than 40 nations to compete for scholarships, tuition grants, internships, scientific field trips and the grand prize: a $50,000 college scholarship. ISEF was founded in 1950 by Science Service, a group dedicated to the promotion of science education through publications, programs, science fairs, and scholarship competitions. Intel is the title sponsor of this prestigious, international competition.”
Brevard County is sending a total of 9 students.
